• Payment is required in full before printing begins.
  
• We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods offered at checkout.
  
• Once approved for print, no further design or text changes can be made.
  

3. Proofing & Accuracy

• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all digital proofs before printing.
  
• AvidPrintz is not responsible for spelling, grammar, or design errors once approval is given.
  
• Color variations may occur due to different screens or printing materials.
  

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer standard and next-day delivery options.
  
• Shipping times vary based on product type, quantity, and destination.
  
• AvidPrintz is not liable for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  

5. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom printed, returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items.

• Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  
• Send clear photos and your order number to support@avidprintz.com.
  
• Approved returns may be refunded or reprinted at our discretion.
  

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, templates, and content on this site are owned by AvidPrintz or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

AvidPrintz is not responsible for:

• Misprints due to customer-provided files.
  
• Delays due to shipping or third-party carriers.
  
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for your order.

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be handled in local or federal courts located within Pennsylvania.
